• What types of notifications will I receive from Creamind?

For Creators: You will receive email and Whatsapp notifications for each service purchased, along with financial updates. For exclusive services, you will be notified of the details and will need to approve them before proceeding. Additionally, you will soon receive updates on the latest trending services on Creamind.

For Supporters: You will receive email and Whatsapp notifications for all transactions you’ve made on Creamind, including their status and other details. Additionally, you’ll soon receive updates on the most popular trending services on Creamind.

• How do I turn off or customize notifications?

To customize your notifications, go to your Profile from the left sidebar. You can choose to receive notifications via email or WhatsApp.

Email notifications: While you can't turn off essential email alerts, you can opt out of marketing emails.

WhatsApp notifications: You can disable WhatsApp notifications at any time by going to your phone number settings and toggling off notification permissions.

• Will my phone number or email be shared with anyone else?

Your phone number and/or your email address will remain private and will only be visible to us, never shared with others.
