General

These guidelines are part of your agreement with Creamind and apply to your use of our platform and all content shared on it.

1. Use Creamind responsibly and respectfully. Do not upload, post, or share content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, hateful, or that promotes violence or criminal activity.
2. Creamind is for personal use only. Do not sell, rent, or share your account or any content accessed through Creamind with others.
3. Respect the law. Use Creamind only in ways that are legal and ethical.
4. Protect minors. Never use Creamind in ways—intentionally or unintentionally—that may harm or exploit anyone under 18.
5. No nudity or pornography. Explicit adult content is not allowed on Creamind.
6. Do not post content that features or promotes any of the following:
   • Weapons, firearms, or any item prohibited or restricted by law
   • Self-harm, suicide, or encouragement thereof
   • Drugs, drug-related tools, or paraphernalia
   • Bestiality or incest
   • Non-consensual acts including sexual assault, rape, torture, forced hypnosis, intoxication, or extreme BDSM content
   • Necrophilia or mutilation
   • Urine, feces, or bodily waste-related content
   • “Revenge porn” or non-consensual intimate imagery
   • Escort services, prostitution, or human trafficking
7. Respect others’ privacy. Do not post anyone else’s private information (like phone numbers, addresses, emails, financial data, medical records, or log-in credentials) without their clear written consent.
8. No deepfakes or sexual objectification. Don’t share sexually explicit, non-consensual, or fake (AI/manipulated) content targeting other users or individuals.
9. No hate speech or discrimination. Content that demeans, threatens, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, health status, or any other protected identity is strictly prohibited.
10. No terrorism or criminal advocacy. Content promoting terrorist organizations, criminal groups, or hate organizations will be removed.
11. No blackmail. Do not attempt to gain money, influence, or other advantages by threatening to post or remove content.
12. No impersonation. Don’t mislead others by pretending to be Creamind, its staff, another user, or any other company or person.
13. No unauthorized ads or promotions. Do not post third-party ads, product placements, contests, giveaways, job postings, or sponsorships without our written permission.
14. No raffles or lotteries. Raffles, lotteries, or similar prize-based promotions are not allowed to avoid violating gambling laws. Unsure if your reward qualifies? Contact us at [email protected].
15. No stalking or harassment. Don’t use Creamind to bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
16. Don’t mislead users. Avoid any behavior meant to deceive, trick, or manipulate others on the platform.
17. Respect rights. Do not infringe on intellectual property rights (like copyright or trademarks), privacy, personality rights, or engage in unfair competition.
18. Be truthful. Don’t provide false registration details or use someone else’s content or identity without permission.
19. Avoid spam and fake engagement. Do not post repetitive, misleading, or low-quality content, or try to artificially increase engagement through inauthentic means.
20. Don’t bypass moderation. Avoid using codewords, symbols, or alternate methods to post content that violates these rules.
21. Respect content ownership. Do not copy, share, modify, or republish content from Creamind unless clearly allowed in our Terms of Use.
22. Keep Creamind safe. Do not upload or embed malicious software, such as viruses, worms, trojans, or anything else harmful to systems or users.
23. Don’t tamper with the platform. Avoid reverse engineering, decompiling, or trying to access Creamind’s source code or internal systems.
24. Don’t interfere with others. Do not disrupt other users’ experience or compromise Creamind’s security or real-time features.
25. No scraping or automation. Don’t use bots, scrapers, or automation tools to extract content or data from Creamind.
26. Use our name respectfully. Do not use Creamind’s name, logo, design, or any branded materials unless explicitly authorized.

Nudity

We do not permit explicit adult content, nudity, or pornography on Creamind. While we understand that some nudity—like in art—is not necessarily pornographic, we are unable to allow any such explicit material on the platform.

Content that shows or supports non-consensual sexual acts, the sharing of non-consensual intimate images, or adult sexual solicitation is also strictly prohibited. This includes the sale or promotion of underwear, lingerie, or other sexually suggestive items.

Violence & Hateful Behaviour

Creamind has zero tolerance for content that promotes or enables violence. Creators and users must not incite harm, glorify violent individuals or groups, or pose a threat to public safety. Accounts that violate these standards may be suspended or permanently banned. In serious cases, we may notify law enforcement.

Threats & Incitement to Violence

Incitement refers to encouraging, directing, or supporting others to carry out violent acts. Creamind does not allow:

• Threats to physically harm individuals or groups
• Statements or visuals encouraging others to commit violence
• Conditional or indirect suggestions that promote violence
• Calls to bring weapons to a location to intimidate or harm others
• Instructions on making or using weapons with intent to cause harm

Dangerous Individuals & Organizations

We do not allow individuals or organizations involved in or promoting violence to operate on Creamind. This includes:

• Mass murderers, serial offenders, or rapists
• Hate groups and terrorist organizations
• Criminal syndicates or non-state armed groups targeting civilians

Terrorist Organizations

Terrorist groups are non-state actors that use or threaten violence against civilians to further political, religious, or ideological agendas. Creamind removes all content promoting such entities.

Organized Hate

We define organized hate as any group or individual who attacks people based on protected traits like race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, or immigration status. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Inciting violence or hate
• Dehumanizing individuals or communities
• Promoting hate-based ideologies

Criminal Organizations

We prohibit groups involved in serious crimes, such as:

• Homicide, rape, kidnapping, robbery, or assault
• Human, drug, weapon, or organ trafficking
• Blackmail, fraud, extortion, or money laundering
• Large-scale cybercrime activities

Do not post:

• Content that glorifies or promotes such individuals or groups
• Content encouraging others to join or support them
• Logos, flags, songs, symbols, slogans, or imagery representing them

Violent & Graphic Content

We do not permit media that is needlessly graphic, gory, or intended to shock. If content threatens public safety, the account will be removed and may be reported to authorities.

Do not share content showing:

• Violent deaths, severe injuries, or mutilated human bodies
• Real-world physical violence, torture, or fights
• Animal cruelty, including unnatural deaths or mutilation
• Burnt, dismembered, or otherwise graphic remains of humans or animals

Exception: Clearly marked cosplay or performance content that uses fake blood, prop weapons, or special effects may be allowed if it’s obvious it is not real. Any media that could be mistaken for real violence will be removed.

Hate & Discrimination

Creamind was created to foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. We strictly prohibit discrimination of any kind. Content that promotes hate speech or hateful behavior will be taken down, and accounts that violate these rules will be suspended or permanently removed.

Attacks Based on Protected Characteristics

We define hate speech or behavior as content that threatens, incites violence against, or dehumanizes an individual or group based on any of the following protected traits:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• National origin
• Religion or caste
• Sexual orientation
• Sex or gender
• Gender identity or expression
• Disability
• Serious illness
• Immigration status

Do not post, upload, stream, or share content that:

• Claims someone is physically, mentally, or morally inferior
• Calls for or supports violence against an individual or group
• Labels people as criminals based on protected traits
• Refers to people as animals, objects, or other non-human entities
• Promotes or justifies discrimination, segregation, or exclusion
• Shows or implies harm toward anyone due to a protected attribute

Hateful Ideologies

Hateful ideologies are belief systems rooted in hostility toward individuals based on protected traits. These views have no place on Creamind, and content promoting them will be removed.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Content that praises, promotes, or supports hateful ideologies
• Symbols, slogans, flags, uniforms, or media tied to hate-based belief systems
• Denial of real-world events involving violence or oppression against protected groups
• Claims of racial, ethnic, gender-based, or other forms of superiority
• Conspiracies that attempt to justify hateful views or actions

Illicit Activities

At Creamind, we are committed to keeping our platform free of unlawful behavior. We do not allow any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages criminal acts, nor do we support the sale, trade, or promotion of regulated or illegal goods. Posts involving actions or items that are unlawful in the country of posting may be removed.

Criminal Conduct

We define criminal conduct broadly to include theft, assault, human exploitation, counterfeiting, and other dangerous or illegal behavior. To prevent normalization or encouragement of these actions, such content is not permitted.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Media showing or supporting physical violence, such as assault or kidnapping
• Content that endangers others, including “swatting”
• Content involving or promoting human trafficking, forced labor, servitude, sex work, or exploitation
• Media showing illegal wildlife trade or poaching
• Content related to the sale, purchase, or solicitation of stolen or fake items
• Instructions or how-to guides for carrying out crimes
• Info on obtaining illegal or restricted drugs/substances

Fraud & Scams

Creamind prohibits any attempts to exploit user trust for personal or financial gain. Content designed to mislead or scam others will be removed.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Content involving phishing tactics
• Promotion of Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing scams
• Content pushing high-return “investment” schemes, fixed betting, or other fraudulent offers

Cannabis Use

Cannabis-related content is permitted only if it is legal in the creator’s place of residence. We allow visuals of cannabis and paraphernalia only when filmed in regions where use is fully legalized. If you're in a place where cannabis is still illegal, such content is not allowed on Creamind.

Suicide, Self Harm & Dangerous Acts

At Creamind, we deeply care about the emotional and psychological safety of our users and creators. Content that promotes, romanticizes, or encourages dangerous behaviors such as self-harm, disordered eating, or suicide is strictly not allowed. Any content depicting participation in or encouragement of activities that could result in serious harm or death will be removed.

That said, we support open, honest conversations about personal mental health struggles, including lived experiences. Sharing stories to build awareness, community, or support is welcomed—as long as it's done responsibly and without encouraging harmful behavior.

Suicide & Self-Harm

We do not allow any content that shows or promotes suicidal ideation, suicide attempts, or behavior that could lead to self-inflicted death or injury. Content that portrays suicide in a glorifying or instructional manner will also be removed.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Instructions or methods for suicide
• Content that depicts, romanticizes, or promotes suicidal thoughts or acts
• Suicide-related games, challenges, pacts, or hoaxes
• Content that glamorizes self-harm or eating disorders

Harassment & Abusive Behaviour

We remove all forms of abusive behavior—including threats, insults, or degrading remarks meant to embarrass, mock, intimidate, or harm others. While discussion around public figures is permitted, serious abusive behavior targeting them is not allowed.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Content encouraging coordinated harassment
• Content that mocks or attacks victims of violent tragedies
• Content showing intentional harm or intimidation (like cyberstalking or trolling)
• Content wishing death, disease, or serious harm on someone, including public figures

Coordinated Harassment

Creators and users deserve a safe space to share and connect. We only take action on violations that occur within the Creamind platform. We cannot moderate activity that happens outside of our platform.

Our team handles all reports of coordinated harassment seriously. This includes:

• Content rallying others to mass report someone
• Content outlining plans to target or harass a specific person

We recognize that calls to action can be complex. All cases are reviewed thoughtfully, with the goal of preventing escalation and keeping the space safe for all.

Sexual Harassment

We do not tolerate any unwanted or inappropriate sexual behavior. Even if intended as a joke, sexual harassment causes real harm and will be removed.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Repeated attempts at unwanted sexual contact or interaction
• Explicit content that is unsolicited or non-consensual
• Content that pressures or coerces someone to send sexual content or engage in sexual activity
• Edited images that sexually imply or depict someone without consent
• Content that exposes, or threatens to expose, someone’s sexual life or history
• Content that outs someone’s sexual orientation without their knowledge or consent

Privacy, Personal Data or PII

We do not permit content that shares or puts at risk the privacy of others. Any material that includes someone’s personal or identifiable information (like social security numbers or private contact details) will be removed.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Anything that includes personal or identifiable information (PII) such as full names, phone numbers, home addresses, emails, or government IDs

Hacking, Doxxing & Blackmail

Using threats to hack, expose, or blackmail someone can lead to serious harm—and is not allowed on Creamind. Doxxing (publishing someone’s private information to cause harm) is considered a severe form of abuse.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Threats to publish someone’s private information like their address, phone number, bank details, passport, or social security number
• Threats to hack or blackmail another user
• Posts that encourage or suggest others hack or reveal someone’s personal information

Any personal information shared to enable others to abuse, troll, or harass.

Spam & Solicitation

Creamind is built to support real fan communities and help creators connect with their genuine audience. We do not allow behavior that harms the platform’s authenticity, including spam, fake interaction, misleading claims, impersonation, or redirection to adult content platforms.

Fake Engagement & Spam

We don’t allow tactics that try to falsely boost popularity. Any attempts to game the system for likes, follows, or views will be removed.

Do not:

• Share tips or tools for increasing views, followers, likes, shares, or comments in unnatural ways
• Sell or buy fake interactions
• Promote third-party services that boost numbers
• Mass message, follow, or invite users in a spammy way

Solicitation & Funneling

Sending fans to NSFW or adult monetization sites through posts, messages, or group chats is not allowed. This includes, but isn’t limited to, OnlyFans, Fansly, adult Patreons, adult Snapchats, and monetized 18+ Twitter/X accounts.

Banned language examples:

• “Just posted on my OnlyFans!”
• “Check out my [site]!”
• “Follow me on [platform]!”
• “You’ll find my new post on [site]!”

As Creamind is a PG-13 space, creators may only list link aggregators (like LinkTree or Beacons) in their bio—and not the NSFW sites directly. Any promo of adult platforms outside of that (captions, videos, audio, etc.) is not allowed.

Impersonation

We don’t allow anyone to pretend to be someone else in a misleading way. If we confirm impersonation, we may ask for changes to the profile or suspend the account.

Do not:

• Pretend to be another person or group by using their name, bio, or profile photo in a dishonest way

Misinformation

Misinformation means sharing false or incorrect info. While open conversation is welcome, any content that spreads harmful falsehoods isn’t allowed; whether intentional or not.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• False info that spreads hate or prejudice
• False emergency info that causes panic
• Health-related misinformation that can be physically harmful
• Misleading content about elections or civic events

Intellectual Property Violations

Copyright protects original creative work (like music or videos), not the ideas or facts behind them. Trademarks are names, logos, slogans, or designs that identify a brand or service.

We encourage original content. If content uses someone else’s copyrighted or trademarked material without permission, it will be removed.

Some uses—like fair use, commentary, parody, or reviews—might be okay under the law.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share:

• Anything that violates someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

Platform Security

We do not allow any activity that puts the security or reliability of Creamind at risk.

Do not:

• Hack the Creamind website, app, or network, or try to bypass access restrictions
• Share files that contain viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of Creamind’s platform, code, or systems
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to collect data from Creamind

Minor Safety

Creamind is committed to maintaining a safe environment for everyone—especially minors. We do not tolerate any form of abuse, exploitation, or endangerment involving anyone under the age of 18. This includes digitally created or altered content (like deepfakes) and animations. Any such content will be immediately removed, and in cases involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), reported to the appropriate legal authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

CSAM includes any image or video that depicts sexually explicit conduct involving minors. This is illegal and exploitative. If found on Creamind:

• The content is immediately removed
• A report is filed to NCMEC and/or legal authorities
• The user is permanently banned

Grooming Behavior

Grooming involves manipulative behavior intended to build trust with a minor for the purpose of future sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking.Not allowed:

• Flattery or manipulation aimed at minors
• Requests for off-platform contact
• Requests for personal info or images
• Gift-giving or coercive behavior toward minors
• Any attempt to initiate sexual conversations or contact with minors

Nudity & Sexual Activity Involving Minors

We do not allow content that depicts, implies, or glorifies nudity or sexual behavior involving minors—whether real, animated, or digitally created.

Prohibited content includes:

• Any form of sexual activity or suggestion involving minors
• Sexualized dancing or gestures
• Exposed genitalia, female nipples, or minimal clothing in non-relevant settings
• Sexualized emojis, lyrics, or language referencing minors

Harmful Activities by Minors

Minors engaging in or being encouraged to engage in risky or illegal behavior is not allowed.

Do not share content that:

• Shows minors using alcohol, drugs, or tobacco
• Encourages illegal purchases or trades by minors
• Promotes dangerous challenges or dares

Physical or Psychological Harm

Content showing or encouraging abuse, neglect, or psychological harm toward minors will be removed.

Do not share:

• Content depicting child abuse or neglect
• Psychological harm or verbal disparagement
• Risky survival techniques without clear hazard warnings

Crimes Against Children

Users convicted of crimes involving minors—including abuse, trafficking, or possession of CSAM—are not permitted on Creamind. Self-identification as a pedophile or minor sex offender, even as a joke, may result in permanent account removal.

Users Aged 13–17 on Creamind

Creamind allows users aged 13–17 to join and engage with appropriate creators. To protect them:

• No DMs can be sent to or received by users under 18
• They can only access content marked PG-13 or below
• They will not see or interact with content or creators rated above our safe content threshold
